Privacy Policy
Effective August 26, 2026
The short version
We collect what you give us on our forms, plus standard visit data, so we can run the trainings you sign up for, deliver what you buy, send the reminders you ask for, and understand which of our ads work. We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with the companies that help us run this site and our programs, with advertising platforms to measure our ads, and where the law requires it. The sections below spell all of that out.
What this policy covers
This policy explains how Limitless Ladies Academy ("Limitless Ladies", "we", "us") handles personal information when you use limitlessladiestraining.com and its subdomains, register for a training, submit an application, book a call, buy something from us, message us, or receive our emails and texts. Other companies we link to, such as payment pages and scheduling tools, have their own privacy policies that apply on their sites.
Information you give us
We collect what you enter on our forms and what you send us:
- Contact details: your first name, email address, and phone number when you register.
- Consent choices: whether you agreed to receive transactional or promotional text messages.
- Application and booking details: the answers you give if you apply to work with us, such as your work background, your goals, and questions about your income and your ability to invest in a program, and the details you enter when you book a call.
- Purchase details: what you bought, when, and for how much. Payments are handled by our payment processors on their own secure pages. We receive confirmation of your purchase, and we never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, text, or through our forms.
Please do not send us government ID numbers, health information, or financial account numbers through our forms or messages.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit, we and our service providers automatically collect standard technical data:
- The pages you view.
- Your browser and device type.
- Your IP address and the general location it suggests.
- The address of the page that referred you here.
- Campaign parameters attached to the link you clicked, so we can tell which ad or post brought you.
- Advertising click identifiers set by the platform where you saw our ad.
We use a first-party analytics cookie named callix_sid, valid for up to one year, that lets our attribution provider connect your visit to the ad that brought you here. When you register, we link that visit history to the contact details you entered so we can tell which ads actually lead to registrations.
Information from other sources
Beyond what you give us directly, we may receive information from our payment processors when a purchase goes through, from the scheduling and form tools you use to book or apply, from advertising platforms reporting on how our ads performed, and from you directly if you share a win or testimonial with us.
How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Register you for a training and reserve your seat.
- Send the confirmations and reminders you asked for.
- Deliver anything you purchase.
- Run, measure, and improve our trainings, pages, and advertising.
- Answer your questions and provide support.
- Share a testimonial or win you gave us in our marketing, with your permission, typically using your first name only.
- Prevent fraud and abuse and keep the site secure.
- Comply with the law and enforce our terms.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only as described in this policy. We do not sell it for money, and we do not give it to unrelated companies for their own marketing. We share it with:
- Hosting and database providers that run this site.
- Payment processors that handle your purchases.
- The customer relationship, email, and text message providers we use to communicate with you.
- Scheduling, form, and calendar tools that power booking and applications.
- Analytics and ad attribution providers.
- Advertising platforms, for the measurement described in the next section.
- Team members and contractors who help run our programs, under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
- A buyer or successor if our business changes hands, as described below.
Except for the advertising platforms described in the next section, our service providers may use your information only to provide their service to us.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
Advertising and analytics
We advertise mainly on Meta platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. To understand which ads work, we and our providers send those platforms information about actions taken on our site, such as a registration or a purchase, together with identifiers that let the platform match the action to the ad you saw. We also share contact details in hashed form so an advertising platform can measure our ads or show them to audiences similar to our customers. Some U.S. state laws treat this kind of disclosure as 'sharing' for targeted advertising, and you can opt out. See Your rights and choices below.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them, along with browser storage and pixels, to keep the site working, remember where you came from, and measure our pages and ads. That includes the callix_sid cookie described above, short-lived browser storage that holds your arrival details until your visit ends, and cookies that advertising platforms may set when their measurement code runs on our pages. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies. The site will still work, but our measurement will be less accurate.
We send transactional emails, like registration confirmations and event reminders, to run the service you signed up for. We may also send marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects the transactional messages you still need. We keep a record of opt-outs so we can honor them.
Text messages
Text messages are optional and never a condition of registering or buying anything. If you check a consent box on one of our forms, we send automated texts to the number you provided: transactional texts such as confirmations and event reminders, and, if you separately agreed, promotional texts such as offers and invites. The two consents are separate choices on our forms. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. No mobile opt-in data or text message consent is shared with or sold to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Your phone number and consent are shared only with the messaging providers that send our texts on our behalf. When you book a call with us, our team will call or text you at the number you provided to confirm, prepare for, and hold that call. Full program terms are in our Terms of Service. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
Live trainings and recordings
Our trainings are delivered live. Sessions may be recorded so we can offer replays and improve future trainings. If you speak up or appear on camera during a recorded session, that participation may be part of the recording. Calls with our team may also be recorded or transcribed for quality and training purposes. Where the law requires notice or consent for a recording, we provide it.
AI-assisted tools
We use AI-assisted tools to help run our business, for example to help draft communications, organize information, and answer questions. People remain responsible for our decisions. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, for example while you are registered, a customer, or in an ongoing conversation with us, and afterward as needed for business records, taxes, refund handling, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. When we no longer need it, we delete it or anonymize it.
How we protect it
We use administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, database access controls that keep registration data unreadable from the public site, and payment processing that keeps card numbers off our systems entirely. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we choose providers carefully and limit who can see what.
Where your information is stored
Our service providers store and process information mainly in the United States, and it may also be processed in other countries where they or we operate. Wherever it is stored, we handle it as this policy describes.
Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, you can always:
- Ask what personal information we have about you and get a copy.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message.
- Stop texts by replying STOP.
- Withdraw a consent you gave us.
- Opt out of the advertising measurement sharing described above.
To make a request, email info@limitlessladiesacademy.com with the subject line Privacy Request. We will verify the request is really coming from you, which may mean confirming details you used on our forms, and respond within the time the law gives us. We will never treat you worse for exercising a privacy right. If we decline a request, we will explain why, and you can reply to appeal that decision.
United States state privacy rights
If you live in a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, or Virginia, the rights above apply to you, and you may also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising and to limit certain uses of sensitive information. We do not sell personal information for money. Sending action data to advertising platforms, as described in Advertising and analytics, may count as 'sharing' for targeted advertising under some of these laws. Email us with the subject line Privacy Request to opt out. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16, and we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.
Outside the United States
If you are in Canada, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with its own privacy law, we handle your information on the basis of your consent, our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and promoting our business, or a legal obligation. You may have additional rights under your local law, including the right to complain to your local privacy regulator. The request process above works the same wherever you are.
Age
This site is intended for adults 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
This site links to pages run by other companies, including checkout, scheduling, application, and social media pages. Once you are on their pages, their privacy policies apply, not this one. We are not responsible for their practices, so it is worth reading their policies too.
If our business changes hands
If Limitless Ladies is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be part of what transfers. Whoever receives it would be required to keep handling it in a way consistent with this policy.
Do Not Track signals
Some browsers send Do Not Track or similar signals. There is no settled standard for how sites should respond, and this site does not respond to them today. The choices in this policy, including your browser's cookie controls and the opt-outs above, are the reliable way to control your information here.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above always reflects the current version. If we make a material change to how we handle information we already hold, we will post a clear notice on this page first.
